The police have identified "profanity" in the rap lyrics of Karim Asylbekov.
"The track was sent for examination. If they indeed find [profanity], I will have to pay a fine. I was told it would be 5 MRP, which is approximately 18,000 to 25,000 tenge. But the fact itself is upsetting; I just wanted to support a family that is going through such grief," said the rapper.
The administrative offense protocol states that "Karim Asylbekov, being at the address: Taldykorgan, central square, filmed a video clip near the regional akimat, which contains profanity. Thus, he committed an administrative offense," the protocol states.
This musician's track was posted on social media on December 13.
In the one-minute video, condolences are expressed to the family of the deceased teenager Sherzat Polat, and opinions on the events occurring in the country are voiced. The author expresses outrage over corruption and the persecution of citizens for their opinions.
Since then, police have summoned him for the second time. According to Asylbekov, initially, on the eve of December 16, Independence Day, the police called him in and conducted an "explanatory conversation."
The murder of 16-year-old Sherzat occurred late in the evening on October 4 in Talgar, near a grocery store. It is known that ten individuals have been recognized as suspects in the case of the teenager's murder. Two more individuals are involved in the criminal case and have the status of witnesses with the right to defense. The identities of the suspects in Sherzat's murder case have not been disclosed. It is noted that among them are individuals with previous convictions and those who have been held accountable for various offenses, including hooliganism.
Several criminal cases have been initiated, including two cases under the articles of "Hooliganism." Last week, the prosecutor's office reported that the case concerning the murder of Sherzat Polat is at the concluding stage.
On December 9, it became known that on the morning of that day, the body of Sherzat's uncle, Nurganat Gaiypbaev, was discovered on the outskirts of Talgar. A criminal case has been initiated under the article "Driving to suicide." Sherzat Polat's relatives do not believe in the suicide version. It is reported that Nurganat Gaiypbaev was one of the victims in the murder case of Sherzat and was preparing for court.
Karzhaubay Nury mov, Sherzat Polat's father, during his brother's funeral, as shown in a widely circulated video on social media, climbed onto the roof of a truck, threatened to kill himself, and demanded a fair investigation into the deaths of his son and brother, as well as a meeting with journalists. After this, he was arrested for 15 days. In court, he denied the accusations of attacking anyone and stated that he "punctured two tires on the wheels of the car where the police were sitting." For this, a criminal case was initiated against him under the article "Intentional destruction or damage to someone else's property."
Nurymov's lawyers expressed their disagreement with the court's decision regarding the 15-day administrative arrest and filed an appeal, which the court did not satisfy.
